We are excited to begin offering memberships to build a world-class EATertainment complex at Cabo San Lucas Luna del Tezal community.

Phase 1 includes 10 Tournament Courts & 1 stadium court with dimensions and overruns exceeding USAPA recommendations. Lighting and delimitation at at each court OCT 2024

Phase 2 will add a rooftop with ocean view bar, teens club, food trucks, fitness room and full bathrooms with shower. MARCH 2025

Phase 1 The court dimensions including overruns will exceed USA Pickleball/International Federation of Pickleball recommendations for tournament play. The baseline overruns will be 12ft, and the sideline overruns will be 9ft. The colored playing surface will be acrylic, with a asphalt subsurface. Construction is projected to begin in JULY 2024 with the courts ready or play by OCTOBER 2024.

Phase 2 includes a large, central rooftop bar, permanent restroom facilities, landscaping, additional shade, and seating.
